Another One Bites The Dust In The Circle Of Life - Email Dated: 02/08/15

This week has been really good. A lot of it has been focused on Sister Baird and it was really cool. It was definitely a surreal experience watching her pack and stuff. Like, it made me realise that missions really do come to an end and that we just cannot waste any time.

We were able to go to a beach activity with one of our keen as investigators this week! It was at Opunake Beach and it was probably the most beautiful beach I have been to in New Zealand. The waves were huge and the sand was a pretty greyish colour. We had a great time, but most importantly, it was a good time for our investigators to make some new friends and get really involved with the activities! 

Transfers are on Thursday and life will take another turn for the better! Although, Sister Baird made such a huge impact on my life. She helped me to really see the joy of the gospel. I am so grateful that the Lord allowed us to be companions for 4 1/2 months. It was much needed. I love her!! (:
